SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS
1. Territories
EZZ STUDIOS offers delivery in France and internationally, excluding some territories. You can contact our customer service for more information.
2. Processing
All EZZ STUDIOS orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM CET, excluding weekends and holidays.
It takes 3 to 6 business days to process an order, depending on whether the item is in stock.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code.
3. Method
EZZ STUDIOS offers shipping via DHL EXPRESS and Chronopost. The lead time is estimated from the time your order is shipped.
4. Taxes and Duties
Our warehouse is located in France. For all orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes and customs duties.
EZZ STUDIOS cannot estimate the amount of customs duties you will have to pay. For more information, please contact your local customs office. EZZ STUDIOS takes no responsibility for any costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs.
RETURNS POLICY
You can return any item purchased on ezzstudios.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
If you would like to return a product, please follow the instructions below:
Notify us on info@ezzstudios.com providing your order’s number. We will send you a return label. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and return your parcel to a drop-off point.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND ?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied original method of payment, within 14 days.
